In March 2011 AID won the contract to clean the windows and frames on the Norwich University Art College in the centre of Norwich.  The Art College had not had these particular windows cleaned for over a decade as they are on the riverside elevation of the building and they were unsure of the best access method.

The project gained a lot of local press attention with coverage on Anglia Breakfast News and the Norwich Evening News.
