The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this Access Inspection Development Ltd website and any other website(s) owned by Access Inspection Development Limited. Please read through the terms and conditions carefully and ensure you fully understand and agree to these terms before you proceed. If you do access the website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions below.
HOW TO ORDER
All orders can be placed online through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details or any personal payment details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability and clearance of payment using our online payment secure gateway.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Access Inspection Development Ltd until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by Access Inspection Development Ltd or (if earlier) Access Inspection Development Ltd delivers the goods to you.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, or Visa/Electron. We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Access Inspection Development Ltd for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information or incomplete information will not be successfully processed and orders will not be confirmed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. Payment will be taken in GB pounds Sterling (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or by post. Out of stock goods marked ‘To Follow' on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically you don't need to contact us again. If an item on the website is shown as "out of stock", please contact Access Inspection Development Ltd before proceeding with the order as completion of the order cannot be guaranteed.
PRICING POLICY
VAT & the EU, All products on our website are priced in GB pounds sterling and exclude VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

The price you pay is the price displayed on the final order confirmation or invoice, once all relevant taxes and shipping have been added, at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Access Inspection Development Ltd is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. This includes but is not limited to prices, datasheets, videos and listed products. Access Inspection Development Ltd is not responsible for the content of websites link to or from the Access Inspection Development Ltd website.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch goods in stock as soon as possible; however if you require a guaranteed delivery date please contact us on 01953 454383 or sales@aidropeaccess.com and we will inform you of the earliest possible dispatch date and any other delivery options. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time. Any special offers regarding postage/delivery including free P&P do not include any products from the ActSafe range.

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such addresses will not be processed by our carrier.
 
For orders placed using our website we will only deliver to mainland UK address. The country cannot be changed from the United Kingdom, and for orders placed with delivery addresses outside of this area we reserve the right to either contact you to agree on an amended delivery cost or cancel the order.
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect, then they can be returned for a repayment within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

With the exception of faulty goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) Custom or Personalised items are not returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to sales@aidropeaccess.com, or mailed to the Customer Service Department, Access Inspection Development Ltd, Unit 7 Rookery business park, Silver street, Besthorpe, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 2LD. Alternatively, you may telephone us on 01953 454383, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday: Except Bank Holidays. We aim to acknowledge any emailed or mailed complaint within 7 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case

We strive to keep our website and publications accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so, no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
