In line with current work at height legislation and risk assessment it is a requirement to have in place a rescue plan.

This course covers in depth rescue scenario and use of various rescue techniques and equipment commonly used in the industry.

Candidates must have extensive experience in work at height and have completed a work at height training or refresher course within three years of the training start date.

Candidates will be assessed practically on the second day.

This is a bespoke course and dates will be arranged as required


Candidates should have an appropriate fitness level
An indicator of minimum fitness level would be being able to perform 25 sit ups, 25 Press ups and 5 pull ups easily.
